Who we are
This website is operated by Burhani Tech Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202339391K), a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 20A Tanjong Pagar Road, Singapore 088443 ("Burhani Tech", "we", "us"). We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your full name, business email, contact number, company, role, area of interest and message. We also record the date and time of your submission, your browser's user-agent string, and a one-way hashed form of your IP address, which we use only to prevent spam and abuse.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we enable website analytics, we use a cookieless service that reports aggregate visit statistics and does not identify individual visitors.
Why we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, discuss a potential engagement with you, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your personal data or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who can see it
Your submission is accessible only to authorized Burhani Tech personnel. It is stored with our hosting and database providers (Vercel and Neon), who process it on our behalf under their own security and data protection terms. These providers may store data outside Singapore. Where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure a comparable standard of protection.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to 24 months afterwards unless we enter into an engagement with you or are required by law to keep them longer. After that, we delete them.
Your choices
You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw your consent to our using it. You can do this by emailing , or by sending a request through the contact form on our website. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
